Terms of Service
Last updated June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Learn Live, including our website, apps, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Learn Live provides AI tutoring tools that turn a topic or uploaded material into an interactive course. Some features let creators publish courses and sell access to learners.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service, and you agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the material you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant Learn Live a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content as needed to run the Service, such as generating and delivering your course. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you provide and for making sure it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.
4. Creators, courses, and payments
If you publish a course, you set the price within the ranges we support, and we handle payment processing and hosting. Revenue shares and payout terms are shown in the product at the time you publish. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. That includes not uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, not attempting to break or bypass security, not scraping or overloading the Service, and not using it to generate content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.
6. AI-generated content
Lessons, answers, and other output are generated with AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review output before relying on it, and creators are responsible for reviewing and approving a course before it is published. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself, including our software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Learn Live or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or software beyond using the Service as intended.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
